Welcome to My House - As you walk through the front door you will
see the spacious lounge, the large patio doors, the terrace and
the sea view. Walk into the lobby and on your right are the bedrooms
and bathrooms. On the left is the kitchen. Hang your coats and
jackets on the pine coat hooks and take a tour with me through
my luxurious fully air conditioned home. |

The Lounge is beautifully furnished with pine table, chairs,
dresser, coffee table and the entertainment centre cupboards
and shelves. There is also a glass fronted cupboard for all the
glassware. All the crockery and dinner party accessories are
stored in the pine dresser. The comfortable sofa becomes the
double bed. |

Serving hatch to the kitchen. Satellite TV, DVD, CD, Radio,
tape and record player provides a wide choice of entertainment. |

Kitchen
- Turn left from the lobby to the beautifully fitted kitchen
with real black, diamond effect, granite work surfaces. The kitchen
is fully equipped with fridge freezer, automatic fan-assisted
oven, ceramic touch control hob, illuminated extractor fan, microwave
oven with grill, toaster, kettle, juicer and washing machine.
There is a full range of cooking utensils in the cupboards and
drawers and ample spare storage space for your food and a large
wine rack. |

Utility Area - The kitchen leads to the utility area with
the gas water heater, broom cupboard and space for drying clothes,
storing the barbecue, spare chairs and sun loungers. There is
a sink with hot and cold water for washing or rinsing bathing
costumes after a day in the swimming pool. |

Broom Cupboard - There is a vacuum cleaner, string mop and
bucket, squeezy mop, floor polishing mop, broom and dustpan stored
in this secure cupboard protected by a codelock. |

The Lobby leads to the bedrooms
and bathrooms. Turning right
leads to the second bathroom, right again takes you into the
second bedroom. |

The Second Bathroom has a shower, wc, wash basin and a very large
mirror, illuminated either by ceiling or wall lamps. There is
ample storage space in the cupboards under the genuine marble
top. |

The Second Bedroom has twin beds, a pine bedside cupboard, table
lamp and a larger chest of drawers. There is also a very powerful,
multi-speed, ceiling fan with a trio of lamps. |

The Master Bedroom Suite -To the left the lobby leads to the master bedroom
with an en suite bathroom. The large patio doors lead to the
front terrace. There is also a very powerful, multi-speed, ceiling
fan with a trio of lamps and two trio ceiling lamps illuminate
the wardrobe and bathroom area. |

The Master Bedroom has a pine chest of drawers. There is a
very large wardrobe with hanging space for six people, and a
shelf for storing luggage. An ironing board and the clothes dryer
are stored in the wardrobe. |

There are twin beds and two pine bedside
cabinets with table lamps. |
 |
|
The Master Bedroom leads into the master bathroom with a bath and
excellent overhead shower, the bidet, wc and wash basin. |

There is a very large mirror, illuminated
either by a pair of small ceiling lamps as well as the central
ceiling lamp. There is ample storage space in the cupboards under
the genuine marble top. There is a hair dryer and the steam iron
in the top drawer. |

The Third Bedroom is of
course the lounge. |

The Front Terrace is accessed by the double patio doors from the
lounge or the large single patio door from the master bedroom.
This south facing area is ideal for sun worshippers and there
are sheltered areas for those who just want to enjoy the spectacular
view of the marina in the shade. |

The Side Terrace has ample space for 6 sun worshippers. There
are a number of lanterns around the terrace providing soft lighting
for those late evenings in the summer. There is also a barbecue
to complete the outdoor living experience. |

Sunsets at Happy Hour on the
terrace are always spectacular especially in Spring and Autumn. This
image shows the resort at the bottom and the coastal extremes
of the Sierras on the right hand side. This is typical of an
October sunset but whatever time of year you are here, your happy
hour venue is already booked for you every evening!
There is no better place to end your
day's exertions with your favourite drink in your hand on the
terrace - planning your activities for the night whether eating
in or eating out in one of the great selection of restaurants
around the marina only 15 minutes walk away. |
